Laurie A. Robinson, MBA is the managing partner for PVMA and PVMA Global and has over 25 years of large-scale project management. She gained her project management experience while working for Ernst & Young, the federal Office of Inspector General for HHS (OIG), and Mir Fox & Rodriguez as the lead partner for disaster management. She is a subject matter expert in program monitoring and compliance assessments and specializes in housing programs and fraud, waste & abuse oversight programs. She has developed over 50 Program Integrity Plans, effective Compliance Programs and managed over $3.5 billion in disaster recovery fund.  She and her team have identified and recovered over $250 million attributed to fraud, waste or abuse in government program funding.

Luis Rodriguez, Partner for PVMA Global. A “Next Generation” Leader poised and tested to grow our services throughout the Caribbean and Latin America. Luis is the Partner for Public Policy and Business Development. He brings people together to create a win-win solution for all internal and external endeavors. “I believe all people have value, so I approach everything with a Everyone Counts Philosophy. If you are in the C suite of a sporting event, a high ranking official, or the building support staff you are important to me and the team. I help organizations look at the whole picture as well as individuals so that the overall goals of the client can be accomplished.”

Luis showed his team building skills by opening our Puerto Rico Office, and hiring our first 62 project staff members. He has a talent in building relationships with local, state, and federal officials, as well as non-profits. His relationship building and hard work has brought direct resources to thousands of families in Puerto Rico, which he humbly shares as one of his greatest achievements.

Manuel Perfecto, Partner for PVMA Global. A “Next Generation” Leader poised and tested to grow our services throughout the Caribbean and Latin America. Currently the Partner/Member for Data Modernization and HR Technology & Transformation (MH&T). “I have a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities using technology. I also focus on the future by using Artificial Intelligence.” The MH&T Practice will work closely with leaders across products, sales, and marketing to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions. Manny will lead his team to ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting, by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures to measure and test productivity.

He has lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that guided strategic decisions and uncovered optimization opportunities. Manny also managed Inspections Services and Data Analyst for 21 cities in Puerto Rico. The result he attained directly supported specific rebuilding of homes in Puerto Rico and coordinating millions of dollars in resources to families. In his free time you can find this “Next Generation” Leader remodeling commercial offices or homes and trading in his office attire for a Batman suit. A semi-professional GAMER with a BEAST Chair; Manny focuses on integrating the Virtual world with the Real world while infusing Artificial Intelligence, to make the world a better place to live, work and play.

Sigrid Nazario, Partner for PVMA Global. A former Administrative Judge in the Department of Labor and Labor Law attorney in Puerto Rico. A “Next Generation” Leader poised and tested to grow our services throughout the Caribbean and Latin America. Currently she serves as the Partner for Public Policy, Direct Services and Health Services for the Caribbean and Latin America. Experienced in disaster case management including immediate and long-term recovery. She is also an expert in labor law and human resources. Sigrid is a true professional, with a mix of operational and legal skills. She adds value to every project by bringing human capital together to solve complex problems.

Sigrid succeeded in managing recovery services for more than 300 families in three municipalities in PR and coordinated millions of dollars in resources for rebuilding the island after Hurricanes Maria and Irma. She specializes in developing specific Standard Operating Procedures regarding direct implementation of projects and programs for our clients. Sigrid shines at finding and coordinating the best people for specific projects.
